Julie Cowan is an artist living in Evanston Illinois.
Working in printmaking and drawing, she creates unique works on paper. Paper lithography is her selected printing technique, which is then detailed , layered, and manipulated with pencil, ink, pastel and/or watercolor. Her works are always monoprints at least right now. Her first printing experience was in Prague, at Lithography Studio Svoboda.
